The exercise will take minutes. Minutes come from membership subscriptions, Add-on Minutes (refill packages), or Usage Pool allocation for home/teaching spaces.
Purchase additional minutes (Member refueling package) ≠ Purchase points package: The former is in the usage/membership related entrance; the latter is in "My → Points and Rights → Points". Don’t mix and match.

What happens when exhausted?
- Some AI practice or generation capabilities are limited
- The interface prompts you to upgrade, purchase more, or contact the manager for allocation.
Specific restrictions are subject to App prompts.
Operation suggestions
- Check the remaining amount in "My → Usage".
- Family/Teaching: Assign first and then let member accounts practice. See Allocate Practice Minutes.
- For the flow chart and bill, please see Usage Details and Bill.
if…
- You have minutes but your child cannot practice: Check if they have been assigned to the child/student.
- Insufficient display after just added purchase: Refresh the usage page; if it is still abnormal, contact customer service and retain the order information.
