The family space allows parents to manage their children's accounts, allocate practice minutes, and monitor progress on their behalf. Suitable for families who want to be a sparring partner but don’t want to become a homework supervisor.
Steps
- Log in to the App with your personal master account (not your child account).
- Open "My → Home".
- Open family space.
- Create child account.
- Allocate practice minutes.
What can you do after activation?
- Manage child account and password policies (subject to the interface)
- Allocate household usage pool minutes
- Monitor the execution of exercises and plans on behalf of others
- Parent-child message reminder
When not necessary to open
- Only practice by yourself, no children
- You are a teacher leading students → Please open Teaching Space
if…
- The child wants to open a family by himself: No, it must be opened by the parent's main account.
- Activation entrance not found: Confirm that you have logged in to the main account and check it in "My → Switch Space".
