Simple messages between parents and children.

"My → Messages" allows for simple communication between parents and children, such as reminders of practice plans and encouragement to speak. It is a lightweight communication, not a homework marking system.

Suitable for

  • Reminder for today’s step or speaking task
  • Encouragement and simple feedback
  • Appoint a practice time

Not suitable

  • Replace system notification (usage wait until notification to see)
  • Long-form homework correction or grade dispute (this product is not an school homework desk)

How to use

  1. Both parents and children log in to the corresponding accounts (parent main account/child account).
  2. Open "My → Messages".
  3. Send a brief reminder; when you need to check the progress, cooperate with Parents to check the progress.

The push, read and retention policies are subject to the instructions in the app. For differences with system notifications, see Notifications and Messages.

if…

  • The other party cannot see: Confirm that both parties are in the same family space, and the child logs in with his own account.
  • Cannot tell the difference between messages and notifications: notifications come from the system; messages come from family members. See table above.
