Self practice: Press and hold to talk / dialogue / scene

Three common ways to practice on your own.

Practicing on your own is suitable for individuals to take the initiative to speak, and does not rely on parents or teachers to assign tasks.

How to start

  1. Open Spoken → practice by yourself.
  2. Select a method; practice preferences can be adjusted in settings.
  3. Start after allowing microphone.
  4. After finishing, go to Record to review.

The difference between tasks and sparring

  • speaking Task: There are arrangements and completion goals, see speaking Task.
  • Live sparring: Two people talk, AI listens, see Live sparring.

if…

  • I don’t know which one to choose: Use hold and speak to correct sounds during commuting; use dialogue if you want to practice reactions; use scenes if there are clear scenes (ordering food, etc.).
